RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our refund and return Policy is simple, hassle free and straightforward. If you do not like the product you bought, send it back and we will issue you a refund. You can bring the return item to the shop and we will refund or exchange it free of charge

We strongly believe in excellent customer service however sometime if the product, which has been purchased from us, is not suitable then we do not mind to refund the money unless you return it in its original packaging and in original condition.

Refund will be issued as soon as we received the unwanted item from customer. If customer wants to return an item, which was bought due to customer mistake or unwanted item, then it is customer responsibility to pay for the packaging/delivery. In case of faulty product, it would be our responsibility to pay for the postage.



Unwanted items can be exchanged or return within 30 days of purchase and customer has to pay for postage for return.
